Scottish Widows Bank has launched a range of remortgage fixes starting from 1.29% for a 2-year fix with a £1,499 fee up to 90% loan-to-value .

The lender also launched the same mortgages in its ‘flexible’ range, where each application is looked at individually, except they cost 0.10% more.
