Shawbrook’s E-Signature service proving a hit with customers

Shawbrook’s Residential Mortgages team has seen success with their E-Signature service amongst brokers and customers since its launch in August 2016.

E-Signature allows customers to read and sign their documentation is real-time leading to customers saving three days when compared to a traditional postal method.

Andy Pelley, director at The Loan Partnership, said: “Since we started using E-Signature last year, we have been impressed by the consistent benefits this system provides.
