Tablet leasing scheme launched for surveyors

Tablet leasing plans are available for two different mobile devices: the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and the Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1, depending on the user’s individual requirements.

Landmark Valuation Services has launched a new tablet leasing service to provide residential property surveyors with access to the latest mobile technologies for onsite property valuation reporting.

The Leasing plan is designed to make tablet PCs an affordable option for surveyors, with one monthly payment and ensures they have access to the latest hardware but without a large upfront purchase cost.

Mike Holden, head of client relations at Landmark Valuation Services, said: “The new Landmark Valuation Services’ tablet leasing plan is an ideal option for any surveying firm – whether small independent operators, through to national organisations – who wish to access the very latest mobile technologies to streamline the property survey and valuation function.

"By leasing the hardware it means there is no hefty upfront purchase cost but instead a manageable monthly fee. The plan also includes insurance for the devices as well as a one day replacement service if an accident does happen. It’s an attractive proposition for any surveying firm that wants to create efficiencies with new technologies, yet doesn’t want to impact cash flow or take on the overhead of mobile device management”
