Tenet has added United Trust Bank to its direct to lender second charge panel.
UTB is the third lender to join the panel and the eighth since it was launched in November last year.
Gemma Harle, managing director of TenetLime, said: “United Trust Bank offers a range of specialised mortgage products and a common sense approach to underwriting.
“They lend on a variety of property types for a wide range of purposes, including home improvement, car purchase and consolidation of debt, and consider employed, self-employed and pension incomes, with no credit scoring.”
Jo Edwards, business development & marketing director at United Trust Bank, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Tenet.
“They have a great reputation in the industry and share our commitment to providing customers with an excellent service and experience.”
