£73 million worth of whitehot property sold

whitehot property, seller of chain free property, has seen a significant rise in activity in the approach to Spring, with more properties listed and more sales completed in recent weeks.

During March whitehot property were involved in:

• 885 sales

• 660 contracts exchanged

• Over £73 million worth of property sales

As well as specifically focusing on the sales of chain free property, whitehot also provides additional incentives and benefits for first-time buyers and investors looking at affordable housing throughout the UK, including exclusive mortgage packages and houses with stamp duty already paid.

Robin King, whitehot property director, commented: “The sheer volume of property that we have seen sold during March is a clear indication that the property market is beginning to gain momentum again. The £73 million figure reflects this, as a large number of buyers are returning to the market and purchasing property again.”
