Clark previously managed the flagship Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) branch on the King’s Road in Chelsea and more recently, has been responsible for managing a cluster of retail branches across the south east.
Accord Mortgages has appointed three business development managers (BDM), Kathy Clark for the London and South area, Sian Varone for the London North area and Adam Parker for the Thames Valley area.
Clark previously managed the flagship Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) branch on the King’s Road in Chelsea and more recently, has been responsible for managing a cluster of retail branches across the south east.
Coming from an underwriting background, Varone has worked closely with the Accord team for years and has been instrumental in developing the lender’s approach to offering mortgages for contractors. Parker was previously YBS branch manager in Bromley and has worked for the Yorkshire for 15 years.
Jeremy Duncombe, director of intermediaries at Accord, said: “Over the past 12 months, we have significantly increased the size of our sales team, to ensure that we add as much value to our broker relationships as possible.
