Accord reduces rates by 0.15%

Accord Mortgages has reduced rates on a range of selected fixed rate mortgages by up to 0.15%.

The intermediary-only lender, which is part of Yorkshire Building Society Group, has reduced rates at the 75%, 80%, 85%, 90% and 95% loan-to-values and has launched new fee remortgage options at 75%, 80% and 85% LTVs.

A 2-year fixed rate at 1.63% with an £845 product fee is available at 75% LTV, with a choice of free standard valuation and standard legal fees, or £250 cashback on completion and free standard valuation for those looking to remortgage, and £250 cashback on completion and free standard valuation for house purchases.

On offer at 90% LTV is a 2.39% 2-year fixed rate with an £845 fee and free standard valuation and standard legal work for remortgage customers, and £250 cashback on completion and free standard valuation for those buying a property.
