Accord Mortgages has made a number of changes to its residential range.
Key highlights include two 2-year fixed rates at 1.49%, one available for remortgage customers with 25% equity and the other to those purchasing a new home with a 25% deposit.
Both products come with a £995 product fee, free valuation, £500 cashback and free legal services for remortgage customers.
For house purchases those with a 25% deposit can benefit from a rate of 1.73% with £500 cashback, free valuation and a £995 product fee.
For remortgage clients, a rate of 1.72% is on offer at 75% LTV with the same benefits and the addition of free legals.
The maximum loan for a 75% LTV has been increased from £3m to £5m.
