AEGON launches online tracking

The real-time system provides one central source to view all online applications and will allow advisers to track any new business applications at any time of day, seven days a week. This gives advisers the most up to date status of an application at the touch of a button.

In addition, the tracking system has a facility which will allow advisers to receive an email alert when the status of a case changes. There is also a countdown facility that highlights outstanding information and the timescales for obtaining it.
