The company has experienced rapid growth in recent years and this is yet another strategic move that will enable them to broaden their customer reach.

Age Partnership intends to recruit a number of field-based equity release advisors, across the UK, over the course of the year.

Sara Robinson has just been appointed as Age Partnership’s equity release field-sales manager. With over five years’ experience at Key Retirement Solutions as regional manager – seminars, she will bring a wealth of experience to this role.

Dan Baines, sale and marketing director, said: “Whilst we remain wholeheartedly committed to the telephone-based advice service from which many thousands of customers have already benefited, we feel that the time is right to expand our equity release proposition with the addition of a number of field-based advisers who share our passion for delighting customers.

“This, in turn, will make our preferential deals and award winning service available to more people than ever before.

“We are excited to welcome Sara into the team, and we look forward to working with her as we strive to cement our position as the nation’s leading at-retirement broker.”

Robinson said: “I am extremely delighted to be joining such a dynamic business at a time when the equity release sector is set to grow much, much further. Field-Sales Advisers will enjoy having access to the very best products, back-office systems and a vast marketing resource that such a prominent company offers.”
