Aldermore hires key account manager

Specialist lender Aldermore has appointed James Young as a key account manager within its retail mortgage business.

Young(pictured)has over 13 years of financial services experience. He joins from Hodge where he was national account manager and before that a business development manager.

Jon Cooper, head of mortgages omnichannel at Aldermore, said:“I am absolutely delighted to welcome James to Aldermore at an exciting time in the bank’s journey.

“He brings to the role a wealth of financial services knowledge, a fantastic reputation among intermediaries, and is a well-known voice in the mortgage industry.

“He will take a key role in enabling us to develop and grow our capability further and continue to deliver brilliance to our customers and intermediary partners.”

At Aldermore Young will work alongside key account manager Steve Hewitt.

Young will begin the role at the end of November.
