Aldermore launches B2L proposition

The service gives applicants one port of call regardless of the size or complexity of their application or whether it is for a residential or commercial property.

The online facility ensures users have immediate access to an appropriate underwriter as well as comprehensive resources which include technical knowledge guides, tools and calculators, specimen agreements and an ‘Ask & Answer’ customer forum.

Charles Haresnape, managing director of residential mortgages at Aldermore, said: “There are very few individual financial institutions that give landlords and brokers one point of contact under one brand for any buy-to-let enquiry or application, regardless of its size or type.

“This new service will ensure users have access to appropriate information and are put in contact with a suitably qualified underwriter straightaway.
