The deal will be the 4th contract between the firms and is a continuation of a relationship first established on M-Day in 2004.

The agreement will see Legal & General Network continue to provide its services to the firm’s 50 advisers, including multi ARs and Mortgage Options (Partnership Division) Ltd.

Andrews has over 80 branches across the South West and South East of England including Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and South West London.

Chris Chapman, financial services director at Andrews Mortgages Services, said: “We first chose to partner with Legal and General Network in October 2004 and it was an easy decision to continue.

“Legal & General Network understands the needs of a financial services business operating in the mortgage and protection market and the Network provides access for our customers and advisors to the whole of the mortgage market.”

“Legal & General also offers some great mortgage exclusives and provides first class protection products. Picking a market leading brand has always been our criteria for choosing a network and Legal & General consistently delivers on all our requirements.

“Our experience has been great and we didn’t hesitate when the time came to commit for another five years.”

Duncan Crocker, managing director of Legal & General Network, said: “I am delighted that we are extending our excellent relationship for another five years.

“We have developed a strong rapport and mutual respect and understanding over nearly ten years of working together. I look forward to us building on this success as the housing market and economy continues to recover.

“Legal & General Network has unrivalled mortgage and housing expertise and I hope this will bring other relationships to us where FS income on the back of housing led activity is key to the business model.”
