Assured Sale & Progression Ltd (ASAP Ltd), a firm that reduces the time it takes to complete residential property sales, has marked its fifth birthday with record sales and expansion of the team.
The business has had its most successful year to date, doubling its turnover and increasing headcount to 20. And now it is recruiting for an operations director.

Over the past five years, the team has developed a methodology that cuts up to seven weeks off the average transaction time from sale agreed to exchange and completion.
A team of sales progression experts handle individual cases, ensuring that every element of the process is in place, helping to reduce the chances of a sale falling through.
