Several changes have been made to Kensington’s offering following the coronavirus outbreak.
The 21-page document answers key questions regarding subject matters such as rent arrears and mortgage repayments.
The grace period will last from April until July 2020.
The offering will exclude new build, shared ownership, properties over £1m in value and flats with cladding concerns.
Existing members moving home, taking further borrowing or switching product will not be impacted by the changes.
This follows new measures put in place to protect tenants from eviction during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Mortgage approval figures in February were significantly stronger than seen in recent years.
The guidance has the support of government departments including HM Land Registry.
