From tomorrow Barclays willcutrates on its 80% loan-to-value Scotland Help to Buy products.
There are two 2-year products,both with a minimum loan size of £25,000 and maximum loan size of £160,000. The 1.71%productwith a £499 product fee will be reduced to 1.65% and the 1.99% deal without a product fee will be cut to 1.86%.
Furthermore, there are two 5-year products, both with a minimum loan size of £25,000 and maximum of £160,000. The 2.17%productwith a £499 product fee will decrease to 2.07% and the 2.29% will be reduced to 2.13%.
In addition to reducing the rates, the lender will also extend the end dates on these products to 31 October following broker feedback.
