Bath Building Society has joined Legal & General Mortgage Club’s panel, meaning there are now more than 80 lenders on the panel.
Bath has buy-to-let products for British expats living abroad and holiday lets, while its residential offering includes a 100% loan-to-value parent assisted mortgage, suiting those who may wish to help their children onto the property ladder but do not have additional funding.
Danny Belton, head of lender relationships at Legal & General Mortgage Club, said: “We are delighted to announce our latest partnership with Bath Building Society, a very welcome addition to Legal & General Mortgage Club’s lender panel.
“Their unique product offering allows brokers even greater choice and flexibility to cater to the needs of their clients, and we look forward to working closely together and strengthening our development in these areas of the market.”
Other products include an interest-only retirement mortgage, shared ownership, ‘rent a room’ and ‘buy for university’.
Ben Hutchings, mortgage sales manager at Bath Building Society, said: “We work tirelessly to create products that meet the individual demands of today’s customers.
“Following the successful introductions of our niche mortgage range we are excited to expand our reach further by joining the Legal & General lender panel.”
