BEP Systems launches customer portal

Financial services software house BEP Systems has developed a customer self-service portal for Link Asset Services’ borrowers, based on its customisable Apprivo2 platform.

It said the portal will make it much easier for borrowers to manage their accounts after they have completed their mortgage and so can deliver substantial business efficiencies for a range of lending brands that Link manage.

Mark Davies, managing director of Link Asset Services, said: “BEP Systems demonstrated a thorough understanding of how we could improve customer servicing efficiencies with online capability delivering real business efficiencies.

“The portal puts time-saving features into the hands of the end user in a way that will help the lending brands that we manage.”

Chris Little, managing director of BEP Systems, added: “We’re delighted to be working with Link Asset Services on this brand-new customer portal that can be used for number of lending brands.

“It provides an easy to use interface for customers to carry out online tasks to manage their mortgage, payments and their profile in a fully compliant and secure way.

“Our customisable Apprivo2 platform has once again been developed for a bespoke solution, demonstrating it is one of the fastest growing systems of its kind in the UK financial software field.”

The web services are delivered through BEP’s Apprivo2 integrating with Link’s own loan servicing system, allowing for seamless document transfer, mortgage account summaries, secure messaging and customer profile management.

A key element of the portal is to allow customers to make a payment online and for this there’s a secure link to Barclays Smart Pay.

In addition, the portal is fully “white labelled” and so can be branded for a range of companies offering mortgages and administered by Link.

Link Asset Services is part of Link Group, a provider of technology-enabled administration solutions for lenders and financial services companies.
