Blues striker signs on with TMA
Bagley, who was previously with Legal & General, joins TMA as a marketing manager and is tasked with developing the proposition and increasing membership.
TMA has spent several months rebranding and redesigning its proposition to position it as one of the leading clubs for advisers.
Bagley brings more than 10 years’ experience of the mortgage market, during which time she has had experience of both the provider side at L&G and also with networks, having worked for PTFS for 5 years from 2005, where she also held the position of marketing manager for directly authorised advisers for 2 years.
Bagley said: “I want more than anything to ensure that a DA firm or individual gets value from TMA, that’s my main objective and it is what I’m passionate about.
“Whether it be support with regulation and business development or capitalising on proc fees and ancillary services to help them build their businesses sustainably; I want to create an environment which gives advisers the opportunity to become part of a group of like-minded DAs where we share ideas and are enthusiastic about building their business.
“For me it is about building on TMA’s trusted reputation and creating advocacy in the market, so that DAs don’t use the service because they have to but because they wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”
David Copland, director of mortgage services for LSL, said: “Lauren is a real find for TMA, she has a wealth of experience working with networks, clubs, advisers and providers and an excellent track record of delivering.
“This is a crucial time in the development of TMA and Lauren will be pivotal in helping us to develop and grow TMA into the club of choice for directly authorised advisers.”
