BM enhances BDM support

Following broker feedback BM Solutions has aligned its telephone team with its field-based BDM team to provide UK brokers with two points of BDM contact.

This change means that the field-based BDM team will now have more time to spend helping brokers understand underwriting requirements, as well as focussing on the successful Moving Forward Together Workshops, which provide business support on issues such as how to spot potential buy to let misuse.

The telephone based BDM team has become a ‘centre of excellence’, where brokers can make immediate contact with a BDM should their field-based BDM be unavailable due to broker visits or delivering one of the workshops.

Phil Rickards, head of BM Solutions, said: “As lenders’ criteria and processes have evolved, the ability for a broker to get in contact with their BDM as soon as possible has become ever more important.

“We’ve worked hard over the last few years to make sure our BDM team is fully equipped to help brokers with the challenges that today’s market throws at them. As such it’s great to be able to offer this enhanced service to brokers across the UK.”
