borro launches concierge service

Broker partners can now arrange for a fully insured borro staff member to visit the client’s personal or business address to collect the asset and provide a full receipt for the items within 24 hours of a request.

Chris Willis, senior vice president of sales at borro, said: “We are constantly working to improve the service we offer and our new concierge initiative enables customers around the UK to experience the same level of service currently available in London or when clients often personally bring their assets to our secure headquarters at the London Silver Vaults.

“This will overcome any possible trepidation about using a secured courier service or insured post and will give clients a faster turnaround time on accessing liquidity from their personal assets.”

Julian Ingall, director of Coreco Specialist Finance, said: “We were very impressed with borro’s home visit and collection service for one of our clients based outside of London. It helped them to achieve their required financing in a fast, discreet and secure manner with the convenience of a personal visit.”

The service is being rolled out initially in the Midlands and the North.
