Broker Conveyancing launches fixed price buy-to-let remortgage products

Broker-focused conveyancing distributor, Broker Conveyancing has launched a range of fixed-price buy-to-let remortgage conveyancing products based on its existing residential cashback remortgage range.

Advisers can choose to use either one of two firms on the Broker Conveyancing panel – O’Neill Patient or Grindeys – for the conveyancing service.

Harpal Singh, managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “The remortgage market in general continues to drive much of the activity within the market, and in particular, in the buy-to-let sector we have seen significant increase in demand for a quality, fixed-price conveyancing product.

“To that end, we’ve launched these four new products – based on our residential cashback remortgage offering – which provide advisers and their clients with access to quality conveyancing at an affordable price, coupled with the opportunity for advisers to earn income from their recommendation.”

The products are: A £299 buy-to-let fixed price which includes a £70 broker referral fee and a £399 buy-to-let fixed price which includes a £140 broker referral fee. There’s also a £499 buy-to-let fixed price including a £200 broker referral fee and a £599 buy-to-let fixed price including a £270 broker referral fee.

Each fixed price covers the legal fees for the transaction plus standard disbursements, and advisers are able to recommend these products as an alternative to ‘free legals’.

Broker Conveyancing has also updated its residential cashback remortgage product range, adding a £600 cashback/fixed price product, which includes a £300 broker referral fee. It also raised the broker referral fee available with its £500 cashback/fixed price product, from £200 to £220.
