The day aims to raise awareness of the financial impact of long-term ill health and the importance of protection by focusing a range of social media activity across the industry on the same day.
Roy McLoughlin of Master Adviser said: “We need as many firms as possible to get involved on the day.
“Seven Families is a call to arms for all advisers and insurers who are serious about growing the protection market.
“It only takes a few seconds to share, like or retweet the content, and we need insurers and adviser firms to let their staff know so that as many people as possible join in.”
The campaign is based around the hashtag #ForAllTheCarers and advisers are being asked to share this message: “We want to say a big thank you to all the people that help those with disabilities and illness. Share this and say thank you to someone you know that goes above and beyond.”
There will be various assets to use including artwork, content and a new montage video featuring all seven families.
