Buckinghamshire Building Society has launched 3-year discount mortgage at 3.24% to 95% loan-to-value with no fee and £250 cashback.
All mortgages are manually underwritten, while the product reverts to the lender’s standard variable rate after the 3-year period currently 4.99%.
Tim Vigeon, head of lending at Buckinghamshire Building Society, said: “We wanted to help those starting out on the property ladder by offering a product with no product fee and a £250 cashback.
“Buying your first home is such an expensive time so by waiving the product fee and giving back a little we hope we can help more people get started.”
