Century 21 UK launches franchise website

Century 21 UK has already granted more franchises in the first half of 2013 than it did during the whole of 2012, chief executive Rob Clifford has revealed.

The estate agency and lettings firm was acquired by Shepherd Direct Group in April and has been quick expand the brand granting franchises in a number of locations across the UK including Walton in Liverpool, Westminster, Hackney and Islington in London.

Clifford said: “Our plans for expansion are ambitious and we have some major new business relationships to announce in the coming months that will make the Century 21 franchise proposition even more attractive.

Shepherd Direct is currently in the process of accelerating the appointment of franchisees throughout the UK with a franchise growth plan.
