The stand-alone site follows on from the firm’s launch in April last year and is split into two areas; one devoted to the broker, the other geared towards new and existing customers.
Building upon the format used for CHL Mortgages’ own recently revamped site, the broker specific area offers full information on and CHL Commercial’s products and services as well as downloadable forms and details on its team including BDMs.
Head of commercial at CHL, Mike Healy, said intermediaries would always be at the heart of the business, with the website designed to provide full support to brokers.
