Chorley Building Society has joined the lender panels of Mortgage Intelligence and Next Intelligence mortgage club.

This partnership gives the network and club members access to the lender’s range of intermediary products which includes standard and specialist mortgages.

Julie Goodwin, head of business development at Chorley Building Society, said: “We are thrilled to be part of the Mortgage Intelligence network.

“Our common-sense and flexible approach to lending will now be available to Mortgage Intelligence network and Next Intelligence club members. We look forward to working with advisers and their clients, providing our individual underwritten service.

“We specialise in buy-to-let, self-build and later life lending and we are happy to help advisers with their complex cases.”

Sally Laker, managing director of Mortgage Intelligence, added: “We’re delighted to partner with Chorley Building Society, enabling our network and club members to access their range of products. This addition looks to further strengthen and diversify our already extensive panel of lenders.”
