Specialist distributor, Clever Lending will have four specialist lenders participating at itsupcoming forums including Masthaven Bank, Shawbrook Bank, Kensington Mortgages and MT Finance.
Brokers and intermediaries attending the forums will have the opportunity to learn more about each lenders’ criteria to see how they can help to brokers to expand their service provision for a wider range of customers who don’t fit the mainstream.
There will also be a specialist lending presentation by Robert Barnard of Pepper Money, as well as a keynote speech by Robert Sinclair, chief executive of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI). Mark Dryden of 360Dotnet, will present on the impact of new technology on the mortgage market.

The events are for brokers open to looking at new solutions who may have done the occasional specialist case but would benefit from further broadening their knowledge on solutions and offerings.
The three events are to be held at: Wednesday 2 May at Kempton Park, Tuesday 15 May at the Coventry Ricoh Arena and Tuesday 12 June at Haydock Park Race Course
