Complete enhances services

This is in response to feedback over a period of time from intermediaries that regularly submit cases via Complete. Two enhancements are already in place. The packager is now splitting the income earned from secured loan cases 50-50 with the submitting broker and all of Complete’s 300+ exclusive products are now on Trigold. Complete is also planning to announce in the next few weeks that brokers’ procuration fees will be paid on completion of cases. In addition, the launch of a lead generation service for Complete’s brokers, offering mainly sub-prime leads to brokers that submit cases regularly for packaging, is to be announced. There will be no up front costs for the leads.

Complete has also reported the success of its first Round Table mortgage event in Southampton. Further events are planned during 2006 for both first charge mortgages and secured loans, across various UK regions.

Tristan Pile, Complete’s head of sales and marketing, commented: “We are very pleased that our Round Table Event for the South was so well attended, with our chance to share in the £150,000 giveaway of free application fees proving very popular with brokers’ representatives. We intend to use feedback from these events to continually enhance our service offering. Lenders that attended were extremely positive, with several remarking that the day was well planned and executed and the best of its kind that they had experienced. We are looking forward to introducing further innovative services and systems during the remainder of the year.”
