Countrywide has acquired Wolverhampton-based Mortgage Bureau for an undisclosed fee.

Mortgage Bureau is led by directors Mark Clouston and Jamie Barnett and has a strong presence with developers across the Midlands and North of England.

The company has growth its revenue by around 35% in each of the last four years.

It is an appointed representative of Mortgage Advice Bureau and generated £900m of mortgage lending in 2015.
