Countrywide to continue as "normal" despite second lockdown

Countrywide Surveying Services have confirmed that they will be able to continue to operate as "normal" in England once the national lockdown begins on 5 November.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government has confirmed to the residential property surveying industry that physical property inspections will continue.

Moreover, the continuation of physical valuations and inspections is accountable to RICS as it worked closely with all the major valuation firms and the government over the weekend to secure this clarification, according to the surveyor.

Countrywide Surveying Services have outlined that its service provision will continue to be provided under existing stringent Covid-19 secure safety protocols, which it has been using the last few months.

Furthermore, the surveying service noted that it would continue to review and react to any subsequent government guidance as it is published, and release any updates as and when necessary.
