Coventry for intermediaries has added a web chat feature, CFI Chat, to give brokers an additional channel to reach an advisor to answer policy or product questions.
CFI Chat will be operated by advisors, not a bot, and phone lines remain open to brokers, to support more complex queries.
Keith Williams, intermediary operations manager at Coventry for intermediaries, said: “In times like these, we want to spend more time speaking to brokers, not less.
