The partnership gives Brilliant Solutions advisers access to Darlington Intermediaries’ range of standard and specialist mortgages, including interest-only, buy-to-let (BTL), complex income or property, and credit impaired.
Included in the range are specialist lets, such as holiday lets, and joint borrower/sole proprietor purchases.
Brilliant Solutions is non-transactional, and profits only through broker relationships.
The mortgage club also manages payments for many of the lenders on its panel.
