Intelligent Office.net is a totally web-based solution that aims to improve business efficiencies and reduce the amount of time and money spent on administration.

Intelligent Office.net has a wide range of front and back office features including full factfind, research tools, suitability letters, client management, workflow, compliance, risk-based file checking and commissions management. Recently added features are dashboards that provide a summary of work in progress for each user and facilitate quick navigation to different parts of the system, depending on the task in hand.

Intelligent Office is fully scaleable meaning that it can be used by any size of organisation from a one-man band to a multi-national company, and organisations can easily add more users. As the system is centrally hosted all users access the same version and always work from the same live information regardless of location.

Simon Breakspear, head of financial services at Derbyshire Building Society, commented: “We needed to find the right technology to help us provide a high level of service to clients as we develop our de-polarised proposition. We looked at many systems on the market and chose Intelligent Office because it offers the range of features and level of service that we require and is also easy to use and integrate with our existing systems.”

Nick Eatock, chief executive officer at IntelliFlo, added: “We are delighted to add Derbyshire to our growing client list. In the post de-polarisation world, the system we have developed for independent advisers is applicable to many more users who are building new distribution models and require flexible technology systems that can grow with them as the business expands.”
