Dudley Building Society (DBS) has appointed Jenny Coffey as market research and distribution manager to support the newly formed commercial team, headed by Sam Ward.
Coffey (pictured) has spent four years as one of Dudley’s business development managers, developing the overall proposition and enhancing our relationships.
Sam Ward, head of commercial, said: “Jenny has proved to be a huge asset to the Society as a BDM and her expertise and knowledge will be fully utilised in her new role supporting the Commercial Team.
“Apart from organising valuable market research, she will be using her field experience and understanding of what brokers and their customers need to deliver positive enhancements to the Dudley’s residential product and service offering.
“The commercial team brings together the sales, marketing and product functions of the society into one fully integrated group focused on providing our intermediary partners with a proposition which they can confidently recommend to their customers.”
Coffey added: “I am delighted to be chosen for this new role. Thanks to the close working relationships I have developed as a BDM, I can bring a lot of relevant insight to the new role and look forward to supporting my colleagues in the commercial team.”
