Dudley Building Society has signed an agreement with Tenet Group that will see the lender provide mortgage products to its advisers.
The West Midlands-based lender offers bespoke advertising and caters for the self-employed and older clients looking to borrow into retirement.
Jonathan Moore, head of credit at Dudley Building Society, said, “We are delighted to welcome TenetLime to our panel of introducers and are looking forward to working with their members.
“We have been in discussion with Tenet for a while now and their head office team’s commitment to offering their advisers a strong and well-rounded mortgage service has impressed us.”
Gemma Harle (pictured), managing director of TenetLime, said: “It has been our focus at Tenet this year to give our members access to a more diverse range of lenders, especially smaller building societies who can offer a personal approach to case assessment.
“Dudley Building Society has demonstrated that it is committed to providing the kind of service our members and their customers need backed up by a strong product range. We look forward to developing the relationship in 2017.”
