eKeeper integrates conveyancing into CRM solution

In a partnership with conveyancing panel management business Optimus, eKeeper has integrated conveyancing into their CRM solution.

The CRM system, used by over 400 regulated broker firms, hopes to deliver more efficient conveyancing at speed and transform service levels using a fixed-price structure for top-rated solicitor firms.

The API creates conveyancing quotes from within the eKeeper CRM alongside the ability to pull in case milestone updates.

The algorithm is built into the Optimus platform and allocates each case to the best-rated solicitor to the customer.

David Bennett, commercial director at eKeeper, said: “Our focus is developing a CRM which automates and manages the administration involved in the mortgage application process, leaving them free to focus on building sales.
