Enness has launched its fourth office in the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC).

This is being announced as there is a 31% increase in enquiries from expat and foreign national clients in the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC).

Islay Robinson, chief executive of Enness, said: “London continues to be a safe investment option for HNW individuals and, as such, is popular with expats based in the GCC and foreign nationals looking to put their money into a secure asset.

“We’ve launched an office in Dubai’s DIFC as a direct response to the increased demand for large loans for property in the UK and Europe from these clients.

“Hugh and I are delighted with the evolution of the company over the last 10 years, and look forward to expanding even further in the near future.”

Toby Johncox is leading the Dubai team as head of mortgages with Chelsea Warren also joining as head of protection.
