Equifax offers Pre-Movers data to reseller channel

This will provide list brokers and other direct marketing services companies with a powerful data set to promote.

Equifax’s Pre-Movers data includes accurate information on people who are about to move house, providing powerful information for a range of service suppliers, from mortgage and insurance providers, through to home improvement and removal companies.
Through the reseller channel, marketing services providers have access to a wide range of Equifax products, allowing them to reach new markets and get closer to customers. Currently these include disConnectTM, reConnectTM and the Edited Electoral Roll.

Equifax Pre-Movers data comprises details of properties that feature “For Sale” and “Sold” signs, collected throughout England and Wales and matched to Equifax’s consumer marketing database, producing around 75,000 records per month. These records are supplied with an address as a minimum, and can be appended with name, telephone number, house type, geodemographic type, and many financial and credit variables from Equifax’s data sets.
