New lender Black & White Bridging and specialist distributor Loans Warehouse have agreed an exclusive partnership, meaning Loans Warehouse will be the only packager/distributor in the UK to carry Black & White’s product range.

 

Brokers will be able to access Black & White directly, but for those using third-party distributors, Damien Druce (pictured), commercial director at Black & White, has recommended Loans Warehouse.

Druce said: “When we were planning our distribution strategy, one of the most important aspects to agree were the best ways for brokers to access the B&W proposition.

"Direct access to us was obviously a given. However, we knew that many intermediaries preferred to deal through a trusted third-party, either because they benefitted from having someone to do much of the heavy lifting to get the deal done or because they did not feel confident in their understanding of bridging to go directly to the lender.”

He added: “Rather than spread ourselves too thinly by engaging with multiple distributors, we have chosen to work with just one.

"Loans Warehouse has consistently been a provider of top quality service to advisers over many years.

"Having worked closely with Matt Tristram and his team in the past, I am delighted they have agreed to be our only external hub for intermediary business.”
