Family Building Society is set to launch a range of residential and buy-to-let products.
Within the owner occupier range, there will be a 2-year fix at 60% LTV priced at 2.49% and a 2-year fix at 80% LTV at 2.69%.
There will also be a 2.79% 3-year fix at 60% LTV and 3-year fix at 80% LTV priced at 2.99%.
All of these come with a £999 fee.
There will also be a 2.99% 5-year fix at 60% LTV and 3.19% 5-year fix at 80% LTV.
Both of these will come with a £1,499 fee.
With a £249 product fee there will be a 5-year fix priced at 3.19% at 60% LTV and a 5-year fix at 3.39% available at 80% LTV.
There will be a 10-year discounted product at 25% LTV priced at 3.54% and a 3-year discounted product at 60% LTV priced at 3.66%.
The lender will also launch a range of buy-to-let products, all with a £999 product fee.
At 60% LTV there will be a 3-year fix priced at 3.24%, a 3-year discount at 2.89%, a 2-year discount at 3.14% and a 3-year discount at 3.56%.
Furthermore, at 65% LTV there will be a 3-year fix at 3.44% and a 2-year fix at 3.34%.
The changes will come into effect on Tuesday 28 January.
