A number have been cut by 0.20%, including its 2-year fix at 2.49%, 3-year fix at 2.79%, 5-year fix at 2.99% with a £1,499 fee and 5-year fix at 3.19% with a £249 fee.
Family Building Society has lowered a number of mortgage rates for owner occupiers, with the majority being cut by 0.20%.
From tomorrow borrowers can take out a 2-year fix at 2.49%, 3-year fix at 2.79%, 5-year fix at 2.99% with a £1,499 fee and 5-year fix at 3.19% with a £249 fee.
Other mortgages available include a 3-year base rate tracker, now a t 2.49% with a £999 fee and a 5-year discounted rate at 2.54% with a £1,499 fee.
Meanwhile the lender’s 2-year offset mortgage has been reduced by 0.30% to 2.39% with a £999 fee.
The new products come with £250 cashback for purchase and remortgage.
