Paradigm is the eighth firm to join Fleet’s distributor panel, while the lender has additional distributors lined up in future.

Bob Young, chief executive of Fleet Mortgages, said: “What appeals to us particularly about Paradigm is its ongoing focus on quality and it has been leading the market in developing a structure that rewards delivery of the best quality business to lenders and providers.

“It has considerable influence amongst its member firms who conduct large volumes of business in the buy-to-let sector and are looking for a specialist player that knows the market, provides certainty and delivers what it says it’s going to.

“All the team at Fleet Mortgages are looking forward to dealing with Paradigm members and we are certain they will find a lender committed to both the buy-to-let market itself and supporting their businesses within it.”

Paradigm Group comprises of over 750 partner firms representing more than 3,000 registered individuals actively engaged across a wide variety of financial services areas.

John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “Our members conduct a considerable and growing amount of buy-to-let business so it’s absolutely vital they have access to as wide a range of lenders and products as possible.

“The launch of Fleet Mortgages, in particular its focus on specialist buy-to-let such as the limited company and HMO sectors, offers another key product offering for advisers and their clients, and means they are able to deal with a highly experienced team who know this market inside-out.

“Fleet Mortgages has certainly been impressed by the quality of the business written by our members and, as a lender which wants to ensure it secures the highest-quality business, we feel sure our firms and advisers will not disappoint.

“We will be working closely with member firms and Fleet Mortgages to develop this relationship and to ensure it is a profitable one for all, as this sector continues to develop.”
