Two former Enness brokers are set to launch Articus Finance, a London based brokerage specialising in property finance and insurance for high net worth clients from around the world.

Chief executive Antonio Michael(pictured)and founding director Ollie Hines-Lloyd were both former Enness brokers with Michael a high net worth broker and Hines-Lloyd a mortgage executive then broker.

Managing director Shyan Zubair has been a director at IPE Developments, the real estate development arm of IPE Group, for the past 11 years and will continue this role too.

Articus Finance, which will launch next month, will cover residential property, buy-to-let portfolios, refurbishment projects and bridging finance.

Michael said: “We serve a global client base and can help you achieve your objectives – whether that’s the best mortgage rate or the speediest resolution – no matter your nationality, income structure, or situation.

“In our eyes, there’s no case too complicated – we believe our clients are involved in some of the most interesting transactions in the UK and we thrive on using our ingenuity and network to find solutions where others can’t.”

The brokerage has over 20 years’ combined experience securing outcomes for wealthy clients with UK assets.
