Genesis drops brand names to help KFI production

Genesis head of sales and marketing, John Lee, explains: “It had become apparent that brokers were occasionally experiencing problems producing KFI’s for some of our branded products, because brand names made it difficult to identify specific products on websites. By reverting to the funder’s product name, brokers will find it easier to obtain an accurate KFI from either the lenders own website or one of the sourcing systems.”

Genesis has emerged as one of the largest specialist mortgage networks, based on the number of AR firms registered on the FSA website at the beginning of 2005. The company provides a comprehensive range of services for AR’s, directly authorised brokers and other networks and packagers.
