Highlights include:

Godiva has also extended its previous remortgage only schemes to also include purchases:
• 4.74% 2 year fixed mortgage (until 31.03.2012) at 60% LTV
• 5.24% 2 Year Fixed mortgage (until 31.03.2012) at 70% LTV
• All products have booking and arrangement fees of £1050
• One valuation up to £680 is included with all buy-to-let mortgages.
