All current and future Beacon Mortgages introducers will be able to benefit from the tailored scheme, which is available immediately.

As well as discounted purchase, sale and right to buy fees, introducers will be able to take advantage of a £350* base fee remortgage facility. This facility will include a range of benefits such as a ten-day completion service from receipt of offer, online instruction and case tracking, day one processing, immediate local searches, and no upfront or abortive costs.

Beacon Mortgages’ introducers will also benefit from the ability to earn a significant income stream of up to £200 per case through Goldsmith Williams’ Legal & Administration Fee. This fee reflects the work involved in monitoring the legal process on behalf of clients.

David Shortt, corporate services director at Goldsmith Williams, comments: “Beacon Mortgages is recognised for its expertise in the specialist sector of the intermediary mortgage market. Through this partnership, we will help to ensure that the company’s introducers are offered a fast, efficient and cost effective legal service, which meets all of their conveyancing needs.”

Clive Willson, head of mortgage packaging, at Beacon Mortgages adds: “We are always looking at ways to improve the facilities we provide our customers. We identified Goldsmith Williams as a firm we could trust to provide a centralised highly efficient process to ensure speedy mortgage completions.”

*(Excludes telegraphic transfers, transfer of equity fees, Premier Client Club membership, stamp duty, non-standard disbursements and Land Registry fees over £40).
