Mortgage and protection network HLPartnership has moved its head office in Worthing to a purpose-built building along the coast in Chichester.

The network also maintains an office in Leicester, which provides administration and logistical support as well as training facilities for appointed representative (AR) firms in the Midlands and North of England.

Chris Tanner (pictured), chief executive, HLPartnership, said: “While it will be a wrench to leave Worthing, which is where the network has been based since its inception, the new offices give us the space we need to manage our expansion and will deliver a new and enhanced hub from which to provide the services which our ARs expect.

“Our strategy is predicated on planned and managed evolution. The network’s success has been built on continually identifying the best way to enhance our offering to members.

“For example, for some time now we have been investing in the most up to date technology in the sector as evidenced by our integration of an advanced CRM system from 360.net with sourcing system Twenty7Tec and protection facilitator, iPipeline.

“Backed up by first class training, comprehensive compliance support and full access to the senior team at HLP for all members, we believe we offer an unbeatable package for the modern-day mortgage and protection professional.

“Our new offices are part of that same evolution and will help us better deliver our proposition and service quality in the years to come.”
