A distance learning module for CeMAP qualification

A comprehensive program of “Business Skills” courses

Steve Hoare, managing Director of HLP, comments on the initiative: “Since the qualification deadline we have made training and continued professional development an intrinsic part of our responsibilities as a network. HLP membership is available to everyone, however, we do want to work with those who are already qualified, or, those who are showing a commitment to do so in the next few months. We are not providing a haven for those looking for a way around qualification.

“As a result, we are running a variety of face to face courses from basic CeMap training to all levels of supervision required. On top of this, we are also offering a variety of ‘business skills’ courses including presentation skills and sales development.

“HLP, with co-operation from brokers, aims to make the process of training and professional development as easy as possible ensuring they get the skills they need in order to run, or be part of, a successful business. With the launch of the e-learning zone at the end of February we are also acknowledging that this process is an ongoing one and cannot be achieved in one two day course.”UK mortgage giant signs up to ‘affordable housing think-tank’
