Ipswich Building Society has added four to its senior management team.

The society has made Ashley Burton head of change, Chris Brook head of retail operations, Denise Wilson head of risk and compliance and Rebecca Newman society secretary.

Paul Winter, chief executive of Ipswich Building Society, said: “Our four new hires are a welcome addition to our leadership team as we continue to evolve all aspects of our business from our risk management strategy to our retail operations.

“Every one of our new senior hires brings with them a wealth of skills and experience which will enhance the society and ensure our members and intermediaries continue to receive a high standard of service.”

Burton will manage Ipswich’s IT investment, having worked at O2, Royal Bank of Scotland and Aviva.

Wilson has developed a specialism for investment performance and risk in a 35 year career working for Barclays, JP Morgan, Mercury Asset Management and Global Asset Management.
